8. What if my student can’t log in?

There could be several reasons:
  • Email address –  Are they typing in the correct email address? Or, sometimes we are given incorrect email addresses that we can easily update.
  • Password – If they already created an account, please have them click “Forgot password” to reset their password. If they haven’t created an account yet, are they using the temporary password (confidence) to get started?
